For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Sorry. Was out of town. Would be glad to take on another partner. However, we have already had our main draft with other partners. If you are interested in 10 games from amongst the remaining ~50 games available, please let me know. Unfortunately, neither opening day or Yankee games are available though at this point.

we have a draft with partners for all tickets (exclusive of opening day). I am fine with people taking 5 games but I can't put together any kind of special package.

I submitted an agreement for the minimum number of games that I could select (10). I would like to purchase 5 games (2 tickets per game). I'm not sure how to do that on the website. Let me know if you know how to make an agreement for 5 games.

The minimum that this board allows is 8 games. I listed my minimum as 10 because our draft with other partners requires multiples of 5 games. If you are OK submitting the agreement as 10, I would be fine with your only taking 5 at the same per ticket price, but you'd still have to pay the full administrative fee.

Are the games available scattered throughout the season, calendar-wise? Also, is any part of the field viewed through the home plae netting from this location?

The games are distributed through a draft with the other partners. If you have 10 tickets, you will pick roughly once every 8 slots. Only opening day will not be included in the draft. The seats are situated so that the right hand portion of field of vision at home plate is through the netting. We have never had a problem with this nor has anyone who has used the seats ever said that it bothered them.

Are there playoff rights included? Also, the price per ticket is in between tier 1 and 2. That's above the average price.

Sorry. Playoff rights are not included. Correct on the price (slight premium as these would otherwise go on StubHub where I would anticipate making a greater profit overall based on past experience).
