How will my games get determined?
For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:
Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

As far as continuing in 2020 this is why I was asking what do you want I have someone that has about 20 games available with specific dates .... his seats are right next to mine .. I thought I could share those dates with you and you can pick a few games .... I will try to secure them for you. Then next year we will have availability and you can join our group. I would say make an offer to me for 8 games this year ... I will then accept and then we can share contact info .... once we do that I can then call you / email you and go from there

While we have allocated games to various participants, many of them want to unload a few games here and there. What specifically are you looking for? How many games? We will have room in 2020 too if you want to get in this year on a few games to secure more next year ....

Is there any way that you can include in the listing description that I am purchasing a single game. The way the contract is written at this time, it appears that I am liable for payment of 8 games. I would also like to change my payment method to certified check so I will not be automatically be billed for 8 games. Here is the story ...I understand and you understand that I am selling you 2 tickets to one game in July. I have already explained to you that the way the system works is we have to agree on 8 games ( minimum ) and then we can share personal info i.e. our phone numbers and email addresses ...and take it from there .... I am not stub hub or ace but I am doing you a favor .... just accept the contract and we can communicate regarding the 2 tickets to one game.

We generally have 4-5 people share in the 81 games...( this year 79 games. ) I don't normally peel of 1 or 2 games off in this manner ... the games you are requesting are vs. the World Series Dodgers as well and will be desirable within our group amongst the people that are paying for 15-20 games. No can do this one off request as a result.

We are interested in the EMC section 3 seats. We currently have an offer in with you. We see that there are two in row 5 and two in row 6. Do you know which ones are the high top tables? Also, do these have the ability to purchase the standing room tickets for games? And parking is included correct?

I am not sure I see your "offer in with me". Row 6 is the last row of traditional seats in the EMC Club. the high top table stool seats is technically row 7. There are no Standing Room tickets in the Club. Parking is limited to certain games depending if you buy 2 tickets in our rotation or 4 and we get 1 parking pass for the 4 seats per game.

Hi Kevin. Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, games have been dispersed as the season started last week, We do have a few guys that might be happy to part with a few games however. What I would suggest is that you accept my offer for 8 games and once you have done that you and I are then permitted to exchange our personal info ie phone number. Once that is done we can speak about what you may want games wise and I can see if they might be available. If not for this season we could be happy to get you in the mix for 2019. If nothing works for 2018 there is obviously no obligation on the accepted offer for 8 games. I am told that is the only way we can get to the next level of communication,

They are Row 5 Seats 5 & 6. Yes, they are the seats with the table in front of you. All that participate say that they love the seats for a variety of reasons namely the table for comfort and space for beverages and food. We do a draft ... not at lottery so that participants can pick games they want and avoid other dates that they can't use.

Happy to answer your questions. We have several people in our group. Many get 10-20 games with 2 tickets to their games. I do my best to work around people's desired dates as well as dates when they can't go do to vacations / work schedules etc. While we have 4 seats we have 2 seats back to back which works out great for this type of sharing of games throughout the season.

Nothing is included other than being included with access to the finest club in any ballpark as far as I am concerned. The EMC Club is simply the best 1st class experience and it is 2nd to no other club. One can make dining reservations there for dinner and it is excellent. The Club is air conditioned. You pay for all the amenities of white table cloth service and experience. The in seat service is excellent and not as costly as the inside dinner experience and you pay for it. Nothing is all you can eat anywhere in Fenway so I am not sure how to answer that question. You are attending Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox. You aren't attending a Beaches Resort. In summary ...I am happy to assist you in taking in a Mariners game if that fits with your schedule and your budget. they way it will work is you will say yes to that Saturday game in May and I will figure out how best to get in touch with you. As silly as it may sound you may need to offer to buy 8 games and I will then accept and we can exchange info after that and call one another. I will then sell you that one game. I am happy to accommodate you !

Well my question was; would you sell a single game. But I see above that that question is not allowed! I'm visiting Boston for the Mariners series and would like to experience the EMC Club. Obviously this does not meet the ticket minimum. Whoever reviews this question; rather than just delete it could you put me in contact with a season ticket holder you believe would sell a single game at a reasonable price. Thank you.

How are playoff tickets distributed? Is there a Draft for those? Also, if a member wants to trade games or purchase additional games or seats, or offer up games after the season has started, is their a formal mechanism to do this or do members contact other members individually? Is there much trading that goes on with the current group?

Hi Jeff. Thank you for your inquiry. The playoffs are spread out to maximize participation. Those with the most purchased regular season games are granted first priority. We try to work around participants schedules. As far as trading amongst each other it does happen and most are willing to exchange / trade games to help each other out. Good day Robert. Thank you for your inquiry. My invoice for the EMC seats for 2017 is $116K. This amount represents face value to the EMC Club seats which are the best seats in Fenway. I am not interested in paying face value and providing them to you for less than fv. The guys in the group are all great guys and share in this expense proportionately.
