  I just made offers on both packages so we can get this done. Keep in mind, it doesn't let me edit the price, or the amount of games. But it least it'll allow us to proceed with our original agreement of $151 per seat for all 252 tickets, with the 28 games from Plan B being part of a draft.

• Was waiting your question, so I could reply. The system wouldn't let me modify the #of games for some reason, and the tech person to assist is out of the office til the afternoon. We'll potentially edit the agreement when he returns, but in the interim they suggested I edit the total price and our prior trail and this email will memorialize that you are buying 28 games of my Plan B package, 4 tickets per game, $151 per ticket for a total of $16,912. Once payment is received, you will select your games in an equal draw.

• Adam, I'm waiting to get clarity from the Sox on the mechanics of your offer and i'll get back to you. I think you need to make an offer for the Plan B and Plan C packages separately. I'll clarify and respond again w/ instructions. When are you intending to provide the cashier's check, not til Mar 5 per your offer?

  Hi Jeff, while I'm very interested, I really don't want to take more than the 56 games (28 for each package). It's also a lot of money (38K) and it's really at the top of my money to spend. I would say that at this stage, my best offer is $151 per ticket for the 252 tickets, with the draft as we discussed for the 28 games in Plan B.

  Again, thanks for the reply. I'd like to try to get something done. Maybe instead of the 50-50 draw for the 28 games in plan B, we could do a draft, I pick a game, then you pick a game, until 28 have been selected? If that works then we just need to figure a price to agree on. You are proposing $160, I am proposing $142. Meet in the middle at $151?

• Adam, we are on the same page on the draw process. My real intent is to move the entire lot of tickets this year, and your proposal is a partial solution. I'm trying to identify a plan for the remaining 25 Plan B games. Otherwise, I welcome your proposal to take the entire package. As for pricing, my list pricing on the plan C games was $200 and i've brought that down already as a blended $160 with the Plan B games. If you want to take the whole package, i'll do that at $150/ticket, and if you want the partial you request, I'd sell them at $160.

  Ok got it. Thanks for clarifying. I'd be willing to take all of plan C (28 games), and 28 games from Plan B so it's matched evenly. For the games I'd be taking in plan B, maybe I select 14 games and you select the other 14 for me to take? This would be a total of 252 tickets. Plan C is 140 total tickets (5 x 28) and Plan B would be 112 tickets (4 x 28). My offer would be $36,000. Thoughts?

• Adam, thanks for your proposal. Let me give some thought and discuss with a few others. For a partial sale of the 252 tickets, I'd want to sell them for more - $160 ticket. This season I'm looking to sell my entire package as I have access to some games thru others. If you're interested in the entire packages, I'd sell them all at $150/ticket. To clarify for selecting, for Plan B if you took 28 games, we would basically do a 50/50 draw of the tickets as opposed to you selecting 14 and then me providing 14. That way two parties get equal opportunity to pick the games they want. Obviously, if you took them all, they're yours. Let em know your thoughts on all of the above, let's keep talking - Jeff

  Hi, just so I understand this right, you have 5 seats in FB 71 Row D for the the 28 weekend/holiday games, and 4 seats in another section for the remaining games? For a total of 81 games? Which section/row is Plan B? And what is the cost for the entire package?

• you are correct on your understanding of the 81 games. The Plan B games are in Sec 74, row C. I'd lower the Plan B $25, and the Plan C $10, or make me an offer. I can't sell only the Plan C, but might be able to sell just the Plan B

• scott, trying to sell the whole package as listed. seats are slightly different for Plan B & C as shown in the listing. A few sections away, and the Plan C (weekend/holidays) has 5 seats versus 4 seats. I do have someone interested in all the C games, if you wanted to take all the B games, or take both plans

• for both packages which is the only way I'm selling them now, I'll lower the Plan C $25 per ticket and the Plan B $5 per ticket from the listing
